Christina Rees (Acting Chair), is a writer and broadcaster, contributing to many national newspapers and journals, as well as to television and radio programmes, including Thought for the Day on BBC Radio 4. Christina is a Partner of Media Maxima and Director of The Churchfield Trust. She is an elected member of the General Synod of the Church of England and the Archbishops’ Council. She is also Chair of WATCH (Women and the Church) and WOM (Women on the Move) and Vice-Chair of It Takes One Woman, a grant-making body for Anglican women in the developing world.
Nick Gazard (Deputy Chair) is co-founder and Chief Executive of freshSPRING, a social enterprise providing graphic, marketing and website design to small business, churches and charities throughout the UK.
Previously a manager at Tesco, a charity fundraiser/communications officer and various trustee roles. He is an active member of evangelical City Gates Church, based at Liverpool Street. Married to Xanthe with two children, he lives in South East London.

David Henderson is a career development mentor. Previously with IBM Global Business Services he ran IBM’s Technology Strategy consulting practice in northern Europe. Before that, as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he oversaw the integration of 2,000 consultants into a single business unit after the merger between Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand to create PwC in 1998. He then led PwC’s global Technology Strategy consulting practice. David is a Work Forum Associate with the London Institute of Contemporary Christianity. Married to Anna with two adult children and two grandchildren, he lives in Aldwick in West Sussex, where he worships at Chichester Cathedral..

Pauline Hart is the CABE Director supporting the trustees and co-ordaining CABE’s Activities. As well as this she is a non-stipendiary curate for three churches in Essex. Previously she worked in Local Government for 31 years, mainly for Ipswich Borough Council where she led on the delivery of the Affordable Housing programme. She has an MA in Mission and the World of Work.
Jayne Payne (CABE’s Administrator and Membership Secretary), works for Transform Work UK who provide a valuable administration service to CABE.
